We have invested heavily to ensure redundancy and resiliency at every layer of the Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) that we provide to our customers.  Notwithstanding, sometimes bad things do happen. Rarely thankfully, but if/when it does happen, our service guarantee to our customers is twofold. Firstly and most importantly our operations staff will resolve the issue as quickly as is humanly possible. Secondly, in accordance with our SLA guarantees, service rebates will be provided.  Of course if that is still not good enough, we can design and build your infrastructure with business continuity in multiple clouds, guaranteeing a higher level of availability.
